Specializing in La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe & Coastal Estates
Marsha began investing in real estate in Solana Beach in the early ‘90s. After realizing that a foreclosure could make four times the original price if you held onto it long enough, she decided to get into the business full-time in 1998. From there grew a passion for helping clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. With a focus on strategic marketing, cutting-edge tech tools and masterful negotiation, Marsha has helped clients from biotech CEO’s to other brokers in the industry to have a streamlined transaction from start to finish. With sellers, Marsha uses targeted marketing to reach as many qualified buyers as possible to create competition to buy your home. Her ability to recognize a home’s primary selling points allows her to position each home in its most favorable light by employing ultra-high-quality photos, cinematic video, and gorgeous 3D virtual tours.
Marsha assists buyers by utilizing a tool that sends an alert within minutes of a qualified home coming on the market that matches their criteria. She also spends time reviewing each potential home by doing a Buyer’s Consultation to find out specifically what buyers want in their Dream Home including their lifestyle & goals.
